Orders and returns

Orders go through our retail partner. For a delivery, a refund or a rack that arrived with a cracked jar, use the order page where you checked out: that is where the order lives.

Spice refills

If your rack came with the five-year refill program, the insert in the box tells you how to register it and order refills. Keep the insert with your receipt: registration has to happen within 90 days of purchase.
