Twenty jars, three footprints

The shape is where they differ. The polished steel tower stands about 8.5 inches across and 13.5 inches tall. The Heritage 20 is the slimmest, about 7.2 inches across and 13 inches tall, for the corner between the stove and the wall.

The Salem goes the other way: it is wider and lower, about 12.5 by 10.25 inches and under 9 inches tall, with two tiers of jars around a center column that holds spatulas and spoons. If your cabinets hang low over the counter, measure the gap first, and the Salem is the one that slides under. Each rack turns on its base, so the jar at the back comes to you with a push.
