Five jars stack down each face of this square tower, so twenty spices fit on a base about 7.18 inches each way. You turn it a quarter at a time and read the black caps straight on. Inside you get basil, bay leaves, chives, cilantro, dill weed, fennel, marjoram, oregano, thyme and the rest of a broad herb shelf, and the mix may vary. The sifter discs lift out, so one jar can sprinkle, take a spoon, pour, or be topped up from a bag. Register the rack within 90 days of purchase and refills are free for five years for US residents.
