Spatulas, whisks, wooden spoons and pastry brushes stand upright in a white ceramic crock 5 inches wide and 6.5 inches tall. The cork base under it cuts down on sliding and keeps the bottom from marking the counter when you drag it closer. Put it beside the stove where your hand goes for a turner mid-flip, or on an open shelf, or inside a cabinet if you like a clear counter. Several tools fit at once, so the drawer gets a little emptier. The ceramic washes in warm soapy water and air dries. The cork only needs a damp cloth now and then.
