About the Kamenstein Perfect Tear Stainless Steel Paper Towel Holder

Pull a sheet down and tear, and the roll stays where it is. Perfect Tear holds the roll so it does not unravel, which lets you tear single sheets with one hand while the other is wet or covered in flour. The base is weighted and nonskid, so the holder stays put and does not scratch the counter. It is stainless steel, 14 inches tall on a base about 7.24 inches across. Its flexible wire core takes every size of paper towel roll. To change rolls, slide the old one off and the new one on, right over the ribbed finial, with nothing to unscrew.
